Brickform Product Launch
Brickform was a client of Tools for the Capitalist. I was contracted to function as Brickform’s Director of Marketing, a board position. As Director of Marketing, I recommended to initiative private label for a water-based stain called New Look.
The New Look product line was rebranded Freestyle. Within three month, May through August 2005, Freestyle generated $458,000 of volume to New Look, and nearly $750,000 in new sales from Brickform.
In conjunction with the Freestyle launch which brought over $1 million in new revenue in 2005, Brickform grew $8 million that year with a:
– Rebranded Corporate Imagine
– Designed catalog in English and Spanish
– Redesigned Distributor marketing print materials
– Redesigned Contractor marketing print materials
The campaign theme was: Defining Decorative Concrete
The campaign theme also became Brickform’s brand tag line.
In my 35 years in this industry, I have never met anyone who has come into this industry, learned so quickly about it and gotten so connected as Rafael.
We hired his company to help us with a presentation for Home Depot. We then had him evaluate our advertising department.
Rafael’s company helped us grow $8 million. That was a jump of 41% in one year!
